Remii 102745-XS is a nominal 45-inch electric fireplace for built-in installation only. Its body is 4 inches deep. The full-frame design allows finishing material to meet the glass, or you can finish the face with the included black steel surround.

102745-XS Flame Display and Remote Control

The FIRE & ICE system uses three light strips to display yellow, orange, blue, violet or rose flames. Clear decorative media is included. One remote controls both the flames and the two-stage heater.

The flame display can run without the heater, so you can leave it on when you don't need heat. The fireplace is hard-wire ready and thermostat hard-wire ready.

102745-XS Overall Dimensions and Outdoor Use

Remii 102745-XS measures 44.125 inches wide, 19.875 inches high and 4 inches deep overall. The nominal 45-inch size differs from its actual width. These product dimensions are not rough-opening dimensions or required clearances.

The fireplace is rated for indoor or outdoor use. A cover must be purchased for outdoor installation. The model includes a two-year warranty.

Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping on orders $300 and up to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Orders under $300 ship for a flat $29.99. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.

We confirm the ship date by email before your order leaves, and tracking is emailed when it ships. Larger fireplaces travel by freight carrier and may need a delivery appointment. If your model is not in stock, we contact you with the lead time before charging your card. Inspect the delivery before you sign and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt.

Returns & warranty

30-day returns on new, unopened and unused items in the original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are replaced, repaired or refunded at no cost to you: send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
