Free Shipping

Live Fire Co offers free standard shipping on orders over $200 to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including the District of Columbia. Orders under $200 are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you haven't received tracking within six business days, contact us at info@livefireco.com.

Lead Times & Freight

Because we work directly with premium manufacturers, lead times vary by brand and product. Larger items—built-in grills, islands, and pizza ovens—ship via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment. If an item is not in stock, we'll contact you with the expected lead time before charging your card.

Inspect on Delivery

Please inspect your shipment on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report damage or defects within 48 hours to info@livefireco.com so we can arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
