Refund policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships and receive a full 100% refund. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@livefireco.com with your order number. Once we confirm the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and process your full refund within 10 business days. After an order has shipped, the return terms below apply.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return it within thirty (30) days of the order's delivery date. Please ensure that all returned items are in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and you'll be responsible for return shipping. Products damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you, see Damaged or Defective Products below.
After we receive your return and inspect the item's condition, we'll process your refund. Expect 10 business days from receipt to completion. We'll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products, Shipping Damage Protection Guarantee
Every order is protected against in-transit damage at no cost to you. Inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery. Photograph the packaging and the product, and email the photos along with your order number to info@livefireco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your report, we will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at our discretion, and we cover all related shipping costs. You are never charged return shipping, reshipment, or a restocking fee for products damaged in transit or defective on arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Process
To return an item, email customer service at info@livefireco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to get the mailing address. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the given address.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit
card company to process and post the refund too.

- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns of non-defective products. No restocking fee applies to items damaged in transit or defective on arrival.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect your shipment at delivery, photograph any damage, and report it to Live Fire Co within 48 hours.
- Return Shipping Cost: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. For products damaged in transit or defective on arrival, we cover all shipping costs under our Shipping Damage Protection Guarantee.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned unopened and unused.
- Warehouse Shipment: If your order has left the warehouse, a complete refund may not be possible.
- Return After Shipment: If you return a non-defective order after it has shipped, you'll pay return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.
