SYM-60-BESPOKE Flame Settings and Audio

Amantii SYM-60-BESPOKE is a nominal 60-inch built-in electric fireplace for indoor or outdoor use. A slim frame surrounds the LED flame display. Bluetooth speakers play audio from a paired phone, and you can adjust the fireplace through the WiFi app or the included thermostatic multifunction remote.

SYM-60-BESPOKE Display and Controls

Adjust flame speed and brightness to change the display. The WiFi app controls sound, programmable timers, flame height and flame speed. To play audio through the speakers, pair your smartphone over Bluetooth and start playback on the phone.

SYM-60-BESPOKE Mounting and Overall Size

The Amantii SYM-60-BESPOKE supports recessed or semi-flush mounting with front heating. It measures 60.25 inches wide, 15.625 inches high and 6.4616 inches deep overall. The nominal 60-inch size differs from the actual width. These are product dimensions, not framing dimensions or required clearances.

The fireplace weighs 93.5 pounds and requires no product assembly. Optional media kits are sold separately. This model carries a five-year warranty.

Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping on orders $300 and up to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Orders under $300 ship for a flat $29.99. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.

We confirm the ship date by email before your order leaves, and tracking is emailed when it ships. Larger fireplaces travel by freight carrier and may need a delivery appointment. If your model is not in stock, we contact you with the lead time before charging your card. Inspect the delivery before you sign and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt.

Returns & warranty

30-day returns on new, unopened and unused items in the original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are replaced, repaired or refunded at no cost to you: send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
