SYM-42-BESPOKE Programmable Controls and Flame Styles

Amantii SYM-42-BESPOKE is a nominal 42-inch Symmetry Bespoke built-in electric fireplace for indoor or outdoor use. It has WiFi compatibility and Bluetooth connectivity, plus an included thermostatic remote. Choose fully recessed installation or semi-flush mounting within a 2 x 4 wall. A SYM-XS surround is required for semi-flush mounting.

SYM-42-BESPOKE Flame and Lighting Adjustments

Choose between standard and more traditional flame patterns. The three-speed flame motor adjusts their movement, while canopy and ember bed lighting illuminate decorative media from above and below.

Use the timer to schedule operation and the thermostat to select a room temperature. You can make adjustments through the app, touch pad or included remote.

The Amantii SYM-42-BESPOKE measures 42.25 inches wide, 15.625 inches high and 6.4616 inches deep overall. Its actual width differs from the nominal 42-inch designation. These measurements describe the product itself; they do not define the framing opening or required clearances.

The unit weighs 63.8 pounds and requires no product assembly. Optional media kits are sold separately. It has a five-year warranty.

Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping on orders $300 and up to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Orders under $300 ship for a flat $29.99. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.

We confirm the ship date by email before your order leaves, and tracking is emailed when it ships. Larger fireplaces travel by freight carrier and may need a delivery appointment. If your model is not in stock, we contact you with the lead time before charging your card. Inspect the delivery before you sign and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt.

Returns & warranty

30-day returns on new, unopened and unused items in the original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are replaced, repaired or refunded at no cost to you: send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
