EVO6020 Flame Settings and Controls

Adjust flame speed, brightness and color to choose the display's appearance. The flames can transition through 15 distinct hues. High-intensity LEDs illuminate the flames and ember bed, with multicolor LED backlighting around the display.

The included full-function remote lets you operate the fireplace from your seat. Onboard controls illuminate during use and dim when idle.

Free standard shipping on orders $300 and up to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Orders under $300 ship for a flat $29.99. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.

We confirm the ship date by email before your order leaves, and tracking is emailed when it ships. Larger fireplaces travel by freight carrier and may need a delivery appointment. If your model is not in stock, we contact you with the lead time before charging your card. Inspect the delivery before you sign and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt.

Returns & warranty

30-day returns on new, unopened and unused items in the original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are replaced, repaired or refunded at no cost to you: send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
