40-TRV-XT-XL Glass Viewing Height and App Control

Amantii 40-TRV-XT-XL is a nominal 40-inch three-sided electric fireplace with a 22-inch-high glass viewing area. WiFi compatibility supports smartphone control through the Amantii app, available through Google Play and the Apple App Store. A multifunction remote also controls the flames and heater.

The 22-inch measurement is the glass viewing height. The full fireplace measures 43.25 inches wide, 33 inches high and 13.75 inches deep overall. Its 40-inch designation is nominal, not its actual width. These product dimensions are not framing or clearance measurements.

Optional media kits are sold separately. The ambient canopy lighting illuminates the media in 13 colors, and the flames can be set to yellow, orange or red.

40-TRV-XT-XL Flame and Heat Operation

The Amantii 40-TRV-XT-XL can display flames with the heater off. Switch on the two-stage heater when you need warmth, and use the multispeed flame motor to adjust flame movement.

This model is hard-wire ready and thermostat hard-wire ready. Its listed warranty is two years.

Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping on orders $300 and up to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Orders under $300 ship for a flat $29.99. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.

We confirm the ship date by email before your order leaves, and tracking is emailed when it ships. Larger fireplaces travel by freight carrier and may need a delivery appointment. If your model is not in stock, we contact you with the lead time before charging your card. Inspect the delivery before you sign and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt.

Returns & warranty

30-day returns on new, unopened and unused items in the original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are replaced, repaired or refunded at no cost to you: send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
