Live Fire Co is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry — Blaze, Coyote, Summerset, Bull, and Fontana Forni. If you find a lower advertised price on the identical item at another authorized retailer within 7 days of your purchase, we will match it. Simple as that.
Here's the honest part
Almost every brand we sell is MAP-protected, which means the manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price that every authorized dealer has to honor. In practice, the price you see here is usually identical everywhere legitimate. So we don't compete on fake discounts, inflated "compare at" prices, or countdown timers — we compete on service: real specialists on the phone, free design help, and freight delivery done right. If someone does advertise the same item lower, send it over and we'll match it.
What qualifies
- Identical model number and configuration, brand new, in stock at the other retailer
- The retailer is an authorized dealer for that brand
- The price is a current advertised price, verifiable by URL
- Requested within 7 days of your purchase (or before you buy — we'll match up front)
What doesn't qualify
- Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, or unauthorized dealers (no manufacturer warranty — that "deal" costs you the warranty)
- Clearance, open-box, refurbished, or display units
- Typographical errors or prices that violate the manufacturer's MAP policy
